Bacon, Bread & Cheese Rollups

Invited to a last minute get together? We’ve got the perfect recipe you can whip together with ingredients right from your fridge. Our bacon, bread and cheese rollups are quick and easy to make — and are guaranteed to be tastebud champions. Here is what you need to make these delicious treats that will fly off the plate!
· 1 tub plain cream cheese spread (for extra zing, use Chive or Bacon-flavored).
· 24 slices of Sunbeam bread (any variety) with the crusts removed and cut in half.
· 24 slices uncooked bacon cut in half.
Preheat oven to 350°F
Cut each slice of Sunbeam bread in half horizontally. Spread with cream cheese.
Tightly roll each piece of bread with half a piece of bacon. The bacon should be on the outside of the bread. Secure with toothpicks.
Arrange roll ups in a single layer on a baking/cookie sheet (line with foil).
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bacon is no longer pink and bread is lightly browned. Serve warm.
Optional A flavorful dip is always welcome on the party food buffet and this quick recipe is perfect to serve alongside your rollups. Simply mix 1 cup of mayonnaise and 2-3 teaspoons of yellow or Dijon mustard and serve!
